I have a 07 ss/sc Stage 2 with a 2.9 pulley, intake and gm performance exhuast. My friend bought a 08 stock csrt4. He was talking a lot of crap about racing me and beating me. The day finally came to raced. We raced from a dig and 40 roll. Each time I pulled a bus length or 2 away from him. Which really pissed him off. He went out and bought an intake, full exhaust, wastage and a stage one flash. From a dig he pulls a car length or two on me. From a roll he pulls about a car length until he hits 4th and slowly pulls away. If I add mab-bad header, zzp catless downpipe, zzp stage 3 kit with 2.8 pulley, dual bypass, option b, Phenolic intake spacer and a custom tune. Will that be enough to close the gap or even pass him?

 

just get a tvs swap and call it a day.

Yeah, you should defiantly pass him back with those mods added. Good job shutting him up in the first place though, a lot of those other turbo car guys seem to under estimate the SS/SC all the time.
