if you "can't void your warrenty of you're dead" i would leave it stock. because i don't care what anyone says, magnuson moss or not, any mod CAN void it if they're a dick. I would talk to the guy at the dealer, see what he says. I had a broken axle and cv joint, brought the car in with a 2.9" pully, they didn't say anything about it. fixed under warranty. they guys there were cool, and slickly told me that they knew about the mods, but they did stuff to their car too so it was cool.
people will scream about magnuson moss, all the dealer has to say is "the extra power caused xxxx to fail, because it's not rated to withstand that amount of power". bam, NOT fixed under warranty. basically depends if your dealer is cool or not.

^^yeah, what he said. For instance. I'm fortuneate to have a dealer that doesn't read into mods and try and claim unrelated mods to damages. So, right now I'm getting a new header and downpipe that cracked after some wheelhop... all under warranty!
lol, ok ill have to call the dealer that installed my stage 2, my friends dad knows the guy there and they were pretty cool. i can bring it to any dealer right doesnt have to be the dealer i bought it from does it??
no you can go to any dealership you want for warranty work. the only thing that would be voided by doing that is if you have some sort of extended in-house warranty with a particular dealership.
