that sucks. next time go to a different dealer, and don't go in with an attitude. I would bend over backwards to help a customer with a slight problem if they were understanding and civilized, give me a customer with a significant problem and a fork up their ass and they just got put on the back burner.

attitude is everything!

he looks at me say you cant have your car looked at when ever you feel like it. i turned to him and said look buddy im going to mess around with warranty work with you like i did on my last car,so do what i tell you to do right f--kin now on get me the gm of the store.then another guy comes over and saya i'll take over for you. it'll be about an hour sir. 1 hour later guy comes out and said we fixed the problem go pay your bill. no sorry sir you were right or anything. i go to the cashier and she says that be $46.00 sir , i said for what warrenty work a free oil change ? she said there charging you for half a oil change sir. i said get that idot back out here , he comes back out and said look we don't give free mobile 1 oil changes here i said look buddy when i bought the car from here they gave me this coupon for buying the car. it dose not say you get half a free oil change it stats you get 1 free oil change . the get gets pissed and walks away

i paid zippo

they also told me aftermarket parts void the warrenty and they would put that on my notes of the car. i said first it dose not void the warrenty sso i'll take that up with you next time pal.

you gotta watch these dealer close
You are lucky you didn't come into my dealership. I would have pissed in your air vents, told you we couldn't duplicate the problem, reported all your mods to GM, and directed you to the next dealership down the road. You are the person who makes my job difficult. Young punk who thinks he knows things.

Actually, I've never pissed in anyone's car. But you would have been my first.

lol. yeah honey is good.
I always try to be nice at first.

but some dealerships are sooo full of it.

and rlinbatonrouge, reporting mods doesnt matter. The dealership has to prove that the mod DIRECTLY caused the problem according to the mosson something act. its the law.
and if the dealership tries to pull one over, a lawyer pretty much keeps things in line.
plus, do you live in the same town as where your dealership is? id be careful abusing ppl.

but yea.... better to act nice first. if you dont get what you deserve, show them what you deserve by walking them on how to do the work they are supposed to. its annoying but some dealerships are sleeze bags like alot of mazda dealerships seem to be. its why im not buying another mazda.

My dealership finished 7th in North America last year. I know my job and I do it extremely well. You would be shocked to know how well they take care of me. This isn't my first rodeo man. I've been around people like this CHILD for years. It's really simple to drag your feet.

MM doesn't mean that the dealer has to prove a mod caused the problem. Some things are too simple for that. Rough idle CAN be caused by a CAI. Easy. Out the door too bad for Mr. ********. Get a lawyer and sue me. I can prove how it's possible. Even then, you will have spent $1000's to get a new computer program or maybe a MAF from the dealership.

Simple point. Don't be a dick. YOU WILL LOSE!

Not all delaerships are created equal. I drive over 45 miles to take my cars to a dealer I trust....awesome people and never questioned me about warranty work on either car.
