Weird Scenario - need advice

Okay, so I bought the complete Stg2 kit (both 1 & 2) and now I am getting ready to have it put on by a friend who is a GM Cert Tech. He is going to put it on Wed night, everything except the PCM flash, which he will do the next morning at 8am at the chevy dealership... Reason I am doing it this way, is because I save big $$$... my question is, will the car run with the larger injectors on stock PCM without major issues, as long as I don't get on it, easing it. The car will be going no further than 2 miles, as that is how far the dealership is from his home shop.

a small 2 mile drive shouldn't hurt anything. roll in neutral as much as possible. i'm not a GM cert tech or anything, just common sense ftw.

Thx guys, makes me feel much better!

Plan 2 is to get the rest of Invisilbe's upgrade list, though I have a AEM CAI already. Also, should I get the NGK BKR7E plugs?

Thats what I did when I had mine.
Stay under 3k and stay out of the boost if at all possible.

As for new plugs, I dont think they are necessary, but they also wouldnt hurt.
And if you are planning on doing much more, probably a good idea.

He wont have any problem with the 42 lb'ers.
Definately something he would'nt want to do for long.
He's gonna waste enough gas once he's tuned!
