Smile well guys, i did it

ya, needless to say.. i sold my cobalt SS SC. now i'm driving my dream car, all 400hp. went out and bought me a GTO. Laying a car sideways down a side street has never been funner i know there are some GTO owner in here and thats why i posted it in here. main reason for posting it is, like to see if any GTo owners know of any good exhaust setups??

p.s. i will stay loyal my cobalt buddies, cause in 08, i plain to get the turbo cobalt. test drove the solstic gxp while getting the GTO and it was awesome.

Nice pick, what color, what wheels? Get the corsa sport, you won't regret it!

Man almost got a goat last week, but I still going to hold out for the camaro ss next year. They had a new camaro at SEMA this year that was darkred. They are sooo sweet. My buddy took a pic with his phone, I will see if there is a way to post it. Anyway congrats on the goat, I am going back to good old american muscle too. There is no replacement for displacement, and RWD are more fun IMO. Cant really fishtail my cobalt to much, afraid to try probally break something and dealer would call it abuse.LOL

Grats. If I made about $6000 more a year I would have went with the GTO. I'm still keeping my eye out for a used Ls2 to pop up around here.

please tell me it was the 6.0 GTO rather then the 5.7, I had the 5.7 in my 96' WS6 and boy did I love, miss it and still look at TA's online. Hopefully when a better job comes I'll be grabbing a LS1 soon. They are going for cheap now!

Straight pipes ( include the SLP loudmouth ) on the LS1 and LS2 and any LS engine sound really bad imo . Like mentioned the Corsa with a x-pipe is pure sex . I dont know if they have one for the Goat yet , but Bassani and Spintech are both great choices and sound incredible with any LS engine .
