Well today it begins!

Well all my parts are in and recieved my two tunes from james, when i get off work at 8am ill be going home and pulling off the supercharger to swap pulleys and then installing 80s for my new setup, this is first time attemping to remove the supercharger so any advise is welcome but it seems pretty much u unplug everything and unbolt it.

Ill be going from a gm stage 2 setup with bolt ons to zzp 2.7 pulley with 80s, ill have a gas and e85 tune gonna so that i dont get stuck with e if i have to travel. Ill post some pics as i go along with everything and hope i dont break anything lol.

New setup will be
Ported M62, 2.7 pulley, zzp intake, badmab header, zzp 3" catted dp, 2.5" custom catback, zzp stealth heat exchanger, and other supporting mods.

The swap is pretty straight forward. You should be able to handle it. If you have any doubts, just take several pictures of everything before you start ripping it all apart.

Good luck!

Dnt forget about those guide pins or w/e that can fall into the manifold when the blower comes off. This is also an excellent oppurtunity to change the oil in that sc and paint it lol

Make sure the little plastic guides that are on the inside of the blower housing bolt holes don't fall into the intake manifold.

Just take your time. It's a very easy process.

The LSJ build book has all the pics you could ever need for this.

Def a good book for all LSJ owners to have.

U should be fine.

There isn't a ton that can go wrong if you take your time.

What are using as reference? LSJ Build Book? Stage kit instructions?
