Ehh I don't think I could get it in there with the phenolic spacer. Even with the modded allen wrench its still a major PITA

Ran into a small problem i thought the 2.7 pulley is suppose to spin freely without any grinding but its not so iv gotta go buy a grinder and grind down the stout some, or take it to a shop tomorrow and let them do it, im go to frieght harbor and look at grinders. I may or may not finish today but we will see.

What pulley and hub system are u running?

I ran a Smoothflow 2.7 on my car a few years ago, and no grinding of the snout was needed.

Hope everything went well, hoping you can help me, now that the near future is getting even closer. I order a bunch of stuff, slowing coming in. Heres the question.
When i get the parts in, should i get a tune(trifecta) for my injectors, then once i have my tune, remove the supercharger, do dual pass/optb/heatexchanger/plugs/pulley/belt/injectors, then apply the tune and everything should run fine. Or get the tune, do the injectors/plugs/heatexchanger/optb, and make sure no issues, and wait till i can have my car down to take off the SC to do the dual pass and new pulley/belt. my car is my DD. Tips, advice, direction. Thank you in advance

Find someone with hpt. It's simpler and easier as long as you can find someone who knows your platform.
