yah its a portable dyno. Not sure if the dyno was messed up. He said he couldn't get a torque reading off my car because he didnt have the allen key to get a cover off? I am not sure if that would have an effect on my readings but the car does feel sluggish. I know when my uncles cat was clogged he lost a ton of power.

Well, now that you've found the problem, get 'er fixed and hit the dyno again... Less talk, more progress lol j/k

ZZP has the highflow magnaflow cat. It's pretty good from what I've heard. I'm getting it on my header/downpipe/cat-back combo I'm about to order from them.
