all kinds you can do intake, full exhaust, solid mounts for traction and if its Supercharged model then gm stage 2 or 60lb injectors and 2.7 pully there is all kinds of things what you have planned for it what would you like to use the car for

It will be a daily on and off driver its for for I can always drive me GrandAM in the rain. and work on the car for a few days then just drive the grand am.

I was thinking bigger Supercharger or a turbo. I was think 2.6 pulley Stage 2(is there other stages available) install a stage 3 clutch, Exhaust, no cat, better cams, intake of course. Will any of this casz me to lose MPGs?

Bigger supercharger would be Harrops TVS supercharger.
Hahns turbo kits are great
Stage 2 is 42lb injectors dont use nothing smaller then 2.9 possibly a 2.8 with HPT tune
With a supercharger if you stay out of the boost you will be good on MPG but if you get 60lb injectors you may have less mpg cause they push more fuel just common sense.

Stage 2 isn't a new supercharger ..it's injectors, tune, and a 3.06 pulley. You can drop down to a 2.9 but to run a 2.6 it would be pointless to go Stage 2.It would also be best to have extensive cooling mods(not talking about a CAI) and full exhaust.

The first thing to do is cooling mods. Heat Exchanger, Dual pass end plate with option b, methanol injection. Then once that is done decide if you want to go stage 2, or your own custom tune. If you are going stage 2, grab a nates 2.9 pulley. If you are going with a custom setup then go with 60lb injectors and a 2.8inch pulley and a tune from a reliable reputable shop.

Other things I recommend would be full exhaust, header, downpipe, 3inch custom exhaust, resonator so its not to loud, ingalls torque dampener so you have some traction....hell just read my signature and follow that lol.
