What can I do..please help!

Hey guys I hope someone has had a problem similar to this and can help me out here..My goal was to get a cobalt ss so i finally got a good deal on one, I bought it from a dealership out of moncton, nb and I have had problems with it ever since.
It started to leak coolant from the supercharger line and went through the motor causing the catalytic converter to plug up which fouled the plugs, they fixed the catalytic and plugs but never even looked at the supercharger at all, it still has no coolant in it and it is making a weird noise like metal rubbing together which aint good and it keeps getting worse and they will not fix the car under warranty what can i do???

you need to go to a sensible garage and get a better analysis of what is wrong. The intercooler cooling circuit can leak into the intlet side of the engine if the laminova cores are damaged. Not sure from your description if thats it. Post pics maybe?

ok wrong word the s/c heat exchanger cooling circuit runs through laminova cores in the inlet manifold if they are damaged the coolant can leak into the inlet manifold. You need to find a qualified tech to understand your problem and read the terms of warranty with your car.

Bring it back to the dealership man and tell them to keep the car, or just go in there and yell at them and see what that does. What the hell its worth a try I mean there not going to warrenty it anyway so....

You're car does not qualify as a lemon, at least not yet.

A dealer has to be given 3 chances to fix the problem with no solution to the problem found.

are you trying to fix it? or looking for ways to get the dealer to take it back?

if its running on no coolant in the reservoir then you may have burnt out a coupler. if they gave you the car back after working on it with no coolant (thats f'ed up) they could be faulted with the warranty. i'd say go in and pose it like that, "look, i bought this here i had some problems, you haven't fixed it, lemon law, etc etc. . . "

digg on that?

get back on that cause, i didnt even buy mine from a chevy dealer and the chevy dealer up here has taken AMAZING care of me and my car.

even if put that stuff on they cant void you warrenty. i have no clue whats its called but if the dealer voids your warrenty becasue of aftermarket parts they MUST prove that the part cased the failure on what even need warrentied. and im not expert lol but exhaust and intake have little to do with you heat exchanger setup lol
SERIOUSLY go to the dealer ship that deals with chevy lol not pontaic

well ive been going to the chevy dealership here in woodstock several times and they said that they cannot fix it because they said i didnt buy it there, like what does that have to do with anything right its a warrantied gm product, its an 07 ss/sc with on 67000 kms on it and the powertrain is covered until 160,000.
Techs are saying they dont want to touch it with the aftermarket parts on it due to it apparently voiding the warranty they said theyd probably have to charge me for the work.

the intake and exhaust have nothing to do with the supercharger cooling circuit. at best they might say with CAI its pulling in more air. but thats not relative to the lack of coolant.

if they sold it, and said it had the parts, and said it had the warranty, the probably put that on paper somewhere. find the paperwork and they have nothing to fall back on.

woofers and aesthetic stuff almost never voids warranties. i have seen people who lowered their cars get crap from dealers though.
