What do you think about the gmpp cams as seen on tunersource.gmblogs.com
It's a good or bad cams. Cause me dealer told me to put only gmpp if I don't want to void me warranty!

LMAO!!!! Yeah right! The GMPP cams will void your warrenty in a heart beat! Dude don't listen to them they're clueless! Alsp good luch getting them cause when I worked for GM they were on permenent back order. I worked in the parts dept of a GMPP dealer and I couldn't get them for myself! (thats how I know your warrenty will be void too)

Cams in our cars do not yeild gains worth thier cost.

The cams run what $400? then you throw the labor onto them and your knocking on the door of at LEAST a grand. For what 10, maybe 15 hp? For the same price you can do header, catback and intake and make more power. Thats why I said they're not worth it.

ya if you want to put that much money into your car i would say to put it to better use. you could do a lot of things w/ a $800-1000. but if you have your heart set on cams then go for it! they do make it sound badass!

I think with a tune (when it comes) and the Comp stage 2 cams, it would bump the 2.2 by about 20 hp. But yeah, it would be pricey.

listen to them dont get cams unless your fully building your motor. For the price of cams and installing them you can have a 2.6/2.7" pullied cobalt with meth and be in the 12's.

i dunno, a fully built head has always proved to be a pretty nasty upgrade on any car i've dealt with.

personally, i think a grand for 20hp is a pretty solid deal on most cars.
