if you're at the track N20 can last a whole day. you just have a spare bottle, then you hook it up when the first one is empty..

those who say nitrous is gay, are pretty narrow minded. whatever you use to get to the end result is fine by me.

will you all go tell FNFAST that his 12.05 (fastest on the site) cobalt is gay cause he uses nitrous? please... i'll wait.

I'm thinking about hooking up a dry 25 or 35 shot spraying before the maf.

This is the only dry 25-75 shot kit I could find for 4 cylinders. $425.00 (Cold Fusion)

Item # CFN-902 (25-75 dry shot 4 cylinder)

N.O.S. stands for nitrous oxide systems

you do not spray nos.

you spray nitrous oxide.

nitrous itself does not make the power. the oxygen content does.

so please. do not call it NOS. this is not a move.

pet peeve.

I think it's pathetic that people actually call it "NOS" because of The Fast and the Furious. That's what I think of it. I'm sure some people agree with me.

it was fun. i have sprayed damn near all of my cars. except the forced induction cars. so three out of 10 cars i think.

my best time stock motor n/a was 13.9.

best time with 125 shot all else the same was 12.38.

If you set it up correctly nitrous is just as reliable and effective as any other power adder.

people who dont like nitrous are just jelous because they are to scared to use it themselves.

its a cheap proven power adder.

go tell the thousands of cars running 10s that they are "cheating"

Some of use nitrous to squelch the high temps from 15psi on an Eaton supercharger. Currently there is not an aftercooler for my car (RSX) so I use a 50shot of dry N2O about 6 inches before the TB, through rotors to mix and on the engine. Nitrous oxide is the best power adder pound for pound. I looked into the Cryo2 kits. The velocity of the air and the size of that bulb in your intake will do no good try putting a velocity stack on the end of your SRI or CAI, that will yield better gains. Using CO2 for cooling the heat exchanger of your cars or an intercooler is a solid idea and cheaper than nitrous. Nitrous is $4.50/lb in SoCal, CO2 is about $2/lb. My opinion. I like to use the term, "Blown and bottle fed!"

i also call it go-go juice, it drives me crazy when people call it NNNAAAWWWZZZZZ i just wanna shove my bottle up thier ass and turn it on, freeze thier insides till they call it by the correct name. what makes it worse is i use NOS brand stuff, so people see and and are like "DAYUM DAWG DATS TYITE AZ SHIZNIT YO"

NOS is still a company, and Holly bought them out. Holly also owns comp cams.

Well a 50 shot is pretty safe. GM uses a dry 50 shot in their stage 3 package.

I'm going with a 25 or 35 dry shot to help with cooling.
