.36 was the gap I was told to put the plugs at when it was getting tuned at Tune Time Performance this past Saturday so I would go with .36 for a more solid answer.

This is a quote from the cobalt addiction website:

New spark plugs should always be gapped prior to installation. The stock LSJ spark plug gap setting is .045", and that works fine for the lower boost settings. As the boost increase, smaller plug gaps are required to prevent spark blow-out. Following are our dyno-proven LSJ spark plug gap recommendations:

3.30" to 3.20" supercharger pulley - .045" gap

3.10" to 3.00" supercharger pulley - .045" gap

3 - 2.90" to 2.80" supercharger pulley - .040" gap

2.70" to 2.60" supercharger pulley - .035" gap

2.50" supercharger pulley - .035" gap

Courtesy of Intense/Cobaltss.net Forums - Settings are meerly suggested for reference. Tuning is the only correct way to find out what is right for your particular application

i still say .37 remember your still on the 42lbs injectorers. hes on 60's. so a little different. but just try them at all different one see what ur car likes best. try .36, .37, .38, .39. i dont think you should be any higher than that so. do your own testing. cars react differently to things.

The above post was to give you a starting point. Its well known that every car is different. The best answer for anyone is trial and error.

I am currently running .037 and could probably run a bit larger. I'd say start at .037 and see how it goes.

.32-.35 whichever your car is happier with!

I ran my car from stage 2 to 2.7/meth/hardcore tune at .35 finally stopping at .32 at the end! All ended up just fine!

You really have to test your own. I've gone from .040 down to .030 and found .033 was the best for me . Hell i get spark blow out at .040 on a 2.99 pulley lol.
