I am running at .036.

I would think that a gap of over 1/3 of an inch (.35) would be way too big

its kind of a trial and error thing, gap to a suggested gap and try it, then try a diff and see what the car like more, every car is different especially when you start modifying

dont laugh its very true, when we tuned my car you can see differences, sometimes very slight but its the only way to do things right, cant just always use a number but we ended up at about .034 when we gapped my coppers but the iridiums were totally diff then that

the ZEX plugs work quite nice when you tune for them / with them.

i was able to work some more dwell into my tables with them over any of the other plugs i've ran

(NGK BKR's, various auto lites, V-power R's, ect, ect)

they are far and away my fav plug for this car, i've been able to pull off just that "little" bit more on them Vs other plugs.

at all times of the year as well, i'm just now starting to shy away from them while i try some 2 and 3 range colder iridium plugs.

as for normal gap, at the lower boost levels your at i'd say .34 gap would work well for you.
