what kind of trans fluid are u runing......i need to know for my trans flush

 

You can get the stuff from the GM dealer, it's only like $11/quart, but I got Castrol 75w-90 full Synthetic. Same thing.

 

Most of the serious race guys I know are of the opinion that GM SynchroMesh is pretty much the best tranny fluid ever. In fact, many a non-GM racer uses the GM fluid instead of the pricey Redline and Royal Purple products. I haven't run or seen lab tests, but I've heard this from many people in many places running many different types of races in many different cars.
