Where to find tool to remove Stage 2 pulley?

I bought my car with the stage 2 kit installed so the previous owner (bought from a dealership so I don't know who that is) has it. I've got a smaller pulley to install but no way of getting the stupid GM security bolts out. Crateenginedepot has been of no help and the three dealerships I went to claim to "have no idea what that is". I talked to my tool guy (matco) at work and he says he has never seen that bolt before. Does anyone know where to find this tool, who makes it, etc? Or does anyone have one they want to sell?
