ZZP S3 is the only one that fills the opening and it happens to have the most cooling as well.

ZZP S3 also requires no drilling. Uses 4 stock mounting points. I do wish it were thicker though.

I have the OTTP h/e (ZZP sells the same core as ZZP S2) and am very pleased with it.

Core sizes:

ZZP 28x6.5x2.25 = 409.5

OTTP = 24x7x3.5 = 588

I went with OTTP / ZZP S2 because it had larger core dimensions than ZZP S3, and it is also a dual pass design.

The OD of the core is larger but it's not all used so you end up with a lot less core than with a standard radiator core.

Both units are dual pass, ZZP S3 is also dual core but we've been switching to single pass on our high end builds in house. Seems to perform better for us. We run single pass on Ryan's car and will be on Tim's as well. For marketing purposes we'll probably leave retail units dual pass.

Yeah I noticed that when I read the link you posted. I installed a S3 the other day on a friends car. Definitely a quality part.
