i think i need a cylinder head will a 2.2 head fit what do i need to do to get it to work

 

It will fit, but it won't work. The LSJ cams will not fit into the L61 head and the cam sensor mounts for the LSJ are not in the L61 head. There are other things that would be a problem as well. You would have to do alot of rigging and messing to try and get the L61 to work. You would save yourself alot of time and aggrevation to just get a LSJ head.
