Worried about clutch giveing on stage2?
A lot of people are going to say bye-bye to there stock clutches with the stage kit upgrades. No warranty either. Might as well plan to put one in soon! I just ordered my Spec stage 3+ and fidanza flywheel

Just so you know, GM Stage 2+ race cars use the STOCK factory clutch in their competitions, and dont seem to have a problem on the race track. As such, i doubt they feel the need to do anything about street Cobalts if their race drivers arent killing clutches.

Thats what I was about to say. Also I dont discredit Chevy for not covering a clutch. Sure it would be wonderful to go grab a new one under warrenty whenever but lets be real. Most people sure seem to want everything for free these days. If anyone has ever ordered an aftermarket RACING clutch and read the warranties that come with them they are not covered if you race them and they sell them to you in a box that says RACING CLUTCH!!!

$985.15 shipped from ultrarev
going to cost another $475-600 to get it installed
Got to get it installed, break it in then get some new track times! I should finally be able to put the power to the ground with the DR's with out power loss. Should be in the mid to low 13's with the next Revitup kit in about 2 weeks!
