if you have a large enough heat exchanger, yu dont really need the dual pass, the dual pass throws more coolant throughout your block before going back through its rotation. a larger heat exchanger is the way to go, yet getting the dual pass wont do you any bad. anyway id get the power for geting the exhaust done. if you end up getting the exhaust and never get the stage kits, the exhaust is kind of a waste then. plus is fun to hear your sc start screaming instead of the loud exhuast
Between the two the stage kit will offer better gains at a lower cost to you. The h/e is a great idea when running a smaller pulley, and i always suggest people look into it becuase its another way to lower iat2's and make your setup more efficent.
As for the dual pass, your stock intercooler is a 4 pass system meaning that i/c fluid snakes its way through the system with only one entrance. The dual pass cuts the trip in half and gives you a extra entrance

1) if i do get the stg 1 i want to have a spare pcm on hand just in case i need to access the warranty, can i keep mine and get another thru you guys, and if so how much extra is it
2) what would be the benefits of the ls4 tb?
3)what are iat2's i know its some temp thing but what exactly is it?
thanks
1) yes that is 125 extra you pay that would normally be refunded if you returned your stock pcm
2) we do not sell the tb we just tune for it, but benefit's are increased airflow but at your power level it's not necessary but it will give gains
3)That is the temp after your blower

i honestly wouldnt bother with "voiding your warrenty"
moreless, it comes down to this:
A.) its up to your gm mechanic once you pull your car into the dealer if your car is now void bc of what you did to the supercharger
B.) theyre mechanics!! they love seeing the ss's pull in here, they dont give a **** about voiding your warrenty
C.) ive never heard of anyone on here not getting someting under warrenty bc of their engine set-up. plus stage kits wont blow up your car.. unless your not running enough cooling mods or like a 2.7 pulley with stock injectors..
D.) ive had my 2.6 60s/intake and exhaust rolling into my gm dealer and ive gotten work done and warrenty paided for it, yet it wasnt engine problems, it was cosmetic stuff and lights.
E.) even if somethign happens to your engine, keep your stock parts and swap them out noone will know. plus making friends with your dealer doesnt hurt either

explain where its coming from. it could be low steering fluid. or maybe something with your belt. best way to do it is have someone rev your car while your watching your engine to hear where the noise is. hopefully its not coming from the s.c rotos but i highly highly doupt that. it may be a piston not getting enough oil, maybe try changin your oil if its due. and make sure you always use 93 octane, and throw some injector cleaner in your next tank wont hurt either
