WTB: pistons
i think in my mind our rods are strong enough, but no one has truly tested the car yet, i tihnk thers like 2 running lsj's that have dyno's to show past 300 whp but both of them no one has really been around, but being forged from factory i think we shoould be good for around 500 to 550 whp, pistons id suggest diamond, its what i went with, hoping for the best out of them
, also i think going with arp studs for whole motor is great idea, one it makes it way stronger, and will aid in the life of the rods and crank
, less stretch = less play= more fun

so with the diamond would you go with moly or ceramic? because they both have there ups and downs
i wnet with ceramice but id do both, but for some odd reason the coatings is actually whats holding my pistons up, so yah, lol, but oing a ceramic top and moly sides would be great
yah it was offered, you just had to pay more for them, the group buy is long gone, but still not shipped to all and were still missing poieces it really sucks, cuz i could have ha dmy car back together by now
