WTF happened to my intake?! pics included

The car runs fine, I just noticed it yesterday, the intake also looks all bunched up goin into the fender... I think it might be time for a cai, but not after I have gm replace the stocker for free.

Have you messed with it at all? If so, there's your answer.

I agree with Jimmy. Doesn't look like there's really a "problem" to be fixed.
Hopefully they do anyway.
