WTF why does my car always wheel hop?

My car seems to wheel hop everytime in first even when i dont punch it.. any ways to lower this and prevent it even if i get going at a roll and hit it it still does it.. thanks

Maybe bad mounts, check your trans mounts and engine mount.

assuming you have an FE5 car, all sorts of things can affect it - flca bushings, tires/tire pressure, mounts, struts . The best and most economical way to eliminate is to install the original Hardcore stage 1 OTTP mounts. Poly vibrates too much, so a good insert in a rotated mount will do the job. I beleive OTTP sell stage 1 for less than equivalent mounts from other folks on here....try dropping your tire pressures to 22 psi and drive it and tell me if its better. It wont be as good as mounts but it may make the issue less severe. It is caused primarily by axle misalignment ; the M35 trans is not in thesame position as the automatics which delta was designed around....

Take it easy until you get the wheel hop under control - there's been many a crack housing around these forums as a result.

i think it may be time to invest some money in Motor/tranny mounts. or trac bars. i know my LE5 wheel hops all the time too.
