i dont know about them breaking off? i would think that they would have a lesser chance of breaking due to them actualy being a cloder plug. i run them and my car runs alot better at idle. most of the people i know run them and no one has had a problem yet. i would recomend them. i also run nitrous so i just leave them in all the time.

I know, but I have the NGK BKR7E right now and my car runs like ****. Bellow 2-3000 rpm, the car boggs and feels like it doesnt want to create boost fast. And its also pulling my timming back for some reason on the dyno.... It doesnt start up smooth, rpms tend to jump and the engine heats up quite fast after a spirited run... Its either Zex or stock plugs... this is my last shot at other than stock pluggs. Just heard Zex are better for that kind of stuff. I will be replacing them often thats all....

You'll be okay with your Zex's. Just make sure you put the right juice in .

I have them, thats the right part #. Don't listen to people that say the diodes fall off, there was 1 post where that happened and everyone went on a bashing session, they work the best and i have had stock, NGK BKR7E's (different gaps) and the ZEX and the ZEX work by far the best.

Zex are like night and day from the NGK. Like a previous poster I could not get the gap right so someone turned me onto the ZEX and I won't look back. If you are worried about the diode breaking off just do like most do. CHECK THEM ON A REGULAR BASIS...like any responsible preformance car owner would/should.lol
