BKR 7E pluggs

Are these the right pluggs for a GMPP S2 cobalt with a CAI and 2.9??? gapped at 0.040

they will work fine and so will lots of other!! i would reccomend just buying the zex plugs so you dont have to replace them every couple months!

When you go to gap the plugs, can you get them pre-gapped...or is there a way to gap them. Ive always been told to just go till they are tight, and then a 1/4 more to be sure.

zex plugs are crap and usually the diodes break off in the engine, ive seen it happen many times. ALso if you have to replace your plugs every couple of months theres something wrong with your tune, plugs should be fine for a year easily if not longer.

Thats what I was thinking, pluggs should last at least a year. Its not a motorcross iam driving here, hahah
