ZZP CAI Fitment Question

I bought a used ZZP CAI from ULWiz on here. Installed it yesterday and when I put the plastic fenderwell piece back in, it doesn't seem to sit flush like it's supposed to now because it hits the intake. Is this normal? I tried to adjust it so that it wouldn't but there is not a lot of room at all for that thing to move. Also the bracket by the maf sensor, where does that bolt to? Any help or suggestions would be great.

I know it only goes one way thats why I don't get why it's hitting the fenderwell. Where do you bolt that bracket to?

Do you have the new revised one or the older one with 2 pieces and 2 couplers?

I know when I had there older intake (2pieces) I had to mess with it a lot to get it to fit perfectly....but did after that

It's the revised one piece. The 2 piece would have probably been eaiser to install lol. Man was that a tight fit to get in! And theres hardly any room to move it for adjustment. I don't have that bracket bolted up which is probably part of my problem but I can't see where it bolts to unless you have to drill your own hole?
