Zzp cai problems

I ordered a 3 in zzp cai and it all went in well until I went to put the maf in, the bolts given didn't line up well with the threads and then when I got them in it was harder than heck to tighten then the head broke off the bolts now my maf is stuck in this useless intake and my DD is parked with the front in tore apart

when I installed mine it was a tight fit with the maf........just had to get it in straight and tighten each bolt a little at a time to get it seated.......

are you sure you put the maf in right? there's only one way to put them in where they line up with the holes
