If I was to get the zzp downpipe w/o cat what would I have to do to keep the cel light from coming on because of the o2 sensor.

 

Get an o2 simulator

 

I thought someone said that they don't work on a cobalt, I could be wrong.

 

ZZP will be releasing a o2 sim for the Cobalt/Redline very soon. I have the prototype working perfectly on my car right now.

After seeing the quality of your downpipes, I'm trying to hold out for your header.

don't worry about an 02 sim just get your car programmed and have them turn off the rear o2 sensor

 

without a cat doesnt the LSJ sound like crap?

 

yes and without a resonator w/ cat it sounds just as bad

 

Business is booming over here, as soon as we get some stock built up we will get them on the site.
The header/downpipe is a great combo because it drops the boost to where the blower is more efficient. I have a 2.6 pulley on my car right now and with the header/downpipe/exhaust combo I am only seeing a MAX of 16 psi.
