I recently flushed the laminova cores and now I want to flush the zzp H/e .Does anybody know how to do this?

hmm i dont have one so i wouldnt know, but why dont you disconnect both of the hoses and let a water hose do the job?

Stay away from tap water. Just spend the $1/gallon of distilled water and use that.
