Cool zzp header/dp combo

I am going to get ottp stage 3 with the tvs blower with my tax return. It recommends getting a h/e which i am going to get,but it also recommends a header/dp combo.first i was wondering if it is really necassary, only because i'm trying to do it the right way,but also keep it cheap as possible.second i was wondering if i do need it,what would be the best size with a stock catback. Thanks

ive siad this about a million times, the more air you force into the car, the more you have to force out. the header and downpipe are tiny as hell.
