so i have the 3 inch intake from zzp. theres this annoying rubbing noise that ive had forever and i cant take it anymore. i think its coming from inside the wheel well behind the plastic fender piece you have to take off to install in the first place. ive tried adjusting the intake plenty of times and nothing works. any ideas?

 

Line the hole in the fender with a piece of runner hose cut with a slit

I have the same issue I just turn the radio up

 

its my excuse to just pull in second gear every time.

 

Take a piece of rubber hose and slice it down one side. Place that slice around the hole of where the intake goes so it sits on the hose and not the metal

 

Where the intake goes thru the body into the fender liner, cut a hose and put it on the lip of the hole

+1. Just another bandwagon hater. Their intake is nice, just expensive.
The two piece design makes it easy to install. ZZP did have a two piece design previously.
