ZZP Mid-length header/downpipe - nothing but problems
Its not my job to explain to you that the part doesn't fit, as a one time reputable dealer I would expect something you design for the cobalt to fit the cobalt.

Whenever your products or its reputation is put into question you just hide behind what you have done for other cars or what you have done in the past. Nobody here really cares what you have done for grand ******.

BTW when's that tune contest going to happen between OTTP and ZZP, ***** out of that too?

Meh, my ZZP H/DP has held up fine...the bolts it came with were a joke so i just put others on.
I also got a cracked 3 gauge pod and they sent me a new one no prob.
Seem like nice guys to me if you just email them and explain whats up.

Not to pile on ZZP but I hate their header. lol Today I had a leak and had to pull it to replace the gasket. Well the nuts on top are too close to the primaries and you can't get a socket on them at all. I had to use a wrench and you could barely get a 1/2 turn at a time. It took me longer to replace this gasket then it did to swap a set of headers on a V8. That's poor design right there.
The dp however has not been a problem yet, although the bolt provided did break.
