I just picked up a used one and it fit great and it feels like I picked up a little more power. Bolts up good to the stock exhaust manifold and 2.5" exhaust. I think its worth it to get one. Yes its stainless

I think it made it a little louder/deeper and my exhaust is stock except for the 2.25" has been replaced with 2.5" mandrel bends and a magnaflow added and I ported the stock manifold myself. When I compared the stock versus the zzp downpipe, the stock restricts at the flex pipe and it also restricts at the rear o2 sensor so it will definatly flow better.

I think you can order it with gaskets and if the corsa bolts up to the stock dowpipe then it should bolt up to the zzp downpipe.
