02 Sunfire 2.2 ecotec
Hey fella's
My girl has a 2002 pontiac sunfire with the L61 2.2 ecotec.
I'm in the process of throwing a timing chain back into it.
I had a few questions.
Upon pulling the old chain off, i made sure the motor was at TDC.
How do I know if the cams jumped timing at all after the chain was pulled off? I did turn it over by hand and it did spin freely. I guess I'm curious as to what I do to make sure the cams are lined up with the crank so that when i start it up all is well???
Hopefully someone has done this before...
Thanks in advance.
