05 build help

Well got some questions. I have supercharged my 2.2l sedan and wondering what internals I am going to need to rebuild it. Plans are to get 2.8" Pully and to get 300 whp. So any help will be good. Buying most parts from zzperformance and turbo tech racing.

you will NOT get 300whp on a 2.8 pulley, let alone with an m62. you will need new rods, pistons, valve springs, retainers, possibly valves and the OEM parts for the crank and seals in order to get the rebuild done

Well if I can't get 300 I can try to get close what compression would you recommend cause I know the rods can't handle much over 250

2.8,80's,a lot of porting, full bolt on's and a bad ass tune on E85 should get you right around 300(if your 5 speed).9.0:1 if your gonna be running a junk load of boost. When I build mine,I will stay on 10:1 to keep my low end.

^^^ this! Lol I heard people say rods and pistons would suffice if your not doing cams but if you rebuilding, may as well do it all.

I just realized a bunch of other things aren't there. Must be a mid build shot.
