06 cobalt ls 2.2 engine sometimes stalls when coming to a stop?
85k miles. I've taken off the plastic air intake that is on top of the throttle body and sprayed inside the TB with carb cleaner. still hasn't fixed it - i did this a few weeks ago.
when i come to a stop sometimes the RPM's drop a bit and bounce up to normal idle. sometimes the lights dim very slightly or the blower motor will get slower. this happens for a split second - maybe a blink of an eye. doesn't matter if engine is hot or cold. sometimes if i try revving it in the driveway and letting off, i can get the rpm's to drop, and the AC noise will go down a split second or lights will dim slightly. its been doing this since i owned the car a year ago.
a few weeks ago on a cold engine, coming to a stop, the car stalled at a stop sign. it restarted. without issue. today on a cold startup, i drove around the block to a store and when i was pulling in the parking spot, the engine stalled. it restarted without issue.
tonight i pulled plastic cover off TB, sprayed TB, wiped inside walls and around BF valve. put everything back together and tightened the round clamps on the plastic cover to tb and airbox tight. vacuum leak maybe? i heard people mention the fuel injector o rings going back and causing these issues.

I would find something like spray in seafoam and spray around a few spots and if the rpm drops or engine stalls, that'll be your leak there just don't go haywire with it or you could make a nice mess, check intake gasket, throttle body gasket, around the injectors ect but i don't reccoment spraying the exhaust manifold
