the smallest you can get is a 2.3". Instead, you should be asking what is the smallest pulley you SHOULD get

I thought 2.5 was pushing! 2.3 is damn near over spinning the blower at idle.

What size injectors do you have(lbs)? The smallest injector I would run with a 2.8" is 42lbs and that is with a good tune, but wold recommend 60lbs. With 60lb injectors and this supercharger you could run a 2.7 and still be pretty efficient as long as you have some cooling mods. With the 2.7 I don't think you are over spinning the blower at higher rpms, atleast not to bad.

the lowest size pulley i would get with no cooling mods would be a 2.8, and it would still need a conservative tune. If you go dual pass and HE, then 2.7 is fair game, and an agressive tuned 2.8 is as well. I wouldnt drop below a 2.7 though unless your running meth in addition to all the other cooling mods. Actually, i personally wouldnt drop below a 2.7 regardless of cooling mods, but its really just preference. 2.5" was the smallest commonly run size, and they were considered to be pushingit, but pulleyboys makes pulleys as small as a 2.3

I wouldn't even recommend a 2.8" without cooling mods. Even a stg 2 cars deserves cooling, hell even stock you will see allot less heat soak.

I nominate this bad boy as Car of the Month! haha, I think it would win easy.

If a redline can do it, this thing would definitely make it.

i think he meant dual pass, as in dual pass endplate. ZZP has some info on how it works on their site, as do the many threads scattered throughout the forum. the cooler/bleeder tank i think he's referring to is the Opt B tank. check out crateenginedepot.com for that ones description, or again, search on here

yea I meant the dual pass. I don't know why I typed bypass. Here is a link to the tank I was talking about, its not the option b.

I know the 05-06 Ecu code is E16a here in the states I was wondering if yours is the same, cause it could possibly give us another tuning option. Are you on z22se?
