thats not 100% true, my local garage has it.. they said they have to call gm every month and drop 1200, to buy a new liscence

He worked for a dealership.

they purchase the license to GMDealerworld every month? thats nuts... for what purpose? atleast a dealer can tie everything into that from financials to orders to reflashes.

No dealers in Calgary, AB so far even CONSIDERING being cool and offering an hour with a technician and a tech II tool for an hour of shop time.

There is no need to get this done cuz changing the tire size does not really do much to your performance.
you rather go with the GT Tuner from trifecta. Vince will hook you up with everything you need from changing the size of tires to taking the governor off to changing the redline to 7000.

changing tire size has nothing to do with performance... it was to help keep your speedo and odo closer to actual
