i dont know much about Ny inspections but here in PA we just use a computer for the OBD2 on the newer cars. no SES light it will mostly always pass. the tail pipe sniffer is for the 95 and below just a thought.

i dont like it at all, but i think maybe if you just had a better exhaust on there(or at least another resonator) it might sound better. i never liked the pacesetter catback sound..

to be honest. if your lookin for that extreme of an exhaust system. just order a hahn full exhaust kit with the header, downpipe, and catback exhaust all 3 inch. anyone agree?

no, the reason being that 3' would hurt performance in a 2.2 more than it would help it... no reason to go over 2.5

3" is out of the question for an n/a 2.2 with a few boltons. I personally wouldn't go over 2.25" unless i boosted my 2.2

At this point I'm going to add a Magnaflow XL 3 Chambered muffler to my system to shut it up

The muffler will be added where the stock resonator would normally go

I just ordered a second muffler today, It will be used in conjunction with the Pacesetter.

It's a 7" Diamter Magnaflow XL 3-Chambered Muffler, so it should quiet down the exhaust quite a bit and give me a nice deep tone
