It seems like Spec is the most popular for the 2.2.

I'm considering getting a CM clutch.

Its too bad that clutch installs are so expensive. My local shop said it would take 5+ hours. They've already done a couple of 'balts, so they know what they're talking about.

You toasted your clutch already? damn dude! lol. I will be purchasing the stage 3 since ill be running about 350+lb/tq. You should be fine with the exedy stage 1 at your power level or a spec stage 2. I wouldnt risk drivability when you dont need to ya know? GL and cant wait to see the dyno.

P.S. Did you mean 225tq? cuz you said 125 up there lol.

i have a spec 2+ in my 2.4, which may be a bit much.

i'd think a stage one or two would be baller, but i'd use a stock flywheel unless you want more power.

How do you like the lightened flywheel? I think I m going to do it when I have to do my clutch, but it doesnt seem like theres much feedback on it.

exedy seems to get good reviews, I'd probably go with that one

Spec is too hit or miss on the delta platform for me..

How is everyday drivability with it? Do the revs drop too fast? How much does the bottom end suffer performance wise? Did you notice a loss in the bottom of the power band but a nice boost in top end performance?

nah revs dont drop to faast but they do drop alot faster than b4 ,, with the stage 3 a nd light weight flywheel it's really not that bad i thought it would be worse .. i also do a lot of stop and going... isnt terrible to drive i also have a sprung disc ... if you go unsprung its a lot different probly not the best a a daily ... as far a performance i think i lost just a tad bit at bottom end but gained alot more top end
