2.4 intake manifold swap, do i need a new intake?

2.4 intake manifold swap, do i need a new intake?
i am thinkin of doin buyin the 2.4l manifold intake kit to do the swap but will i need to get a new intake system or will the one i already bought for my 2.2L still work fine?

The 2.4 manifold moves the TB approximately 1/2" to the passenger side so any intake for the 2.2 will still work.
2.2 mani has the TB offset to the driver's side 1/2" while the 2.4 mani has the TB centered on it.

only issue you may see is the one that i see with my Injen cold air setup. its sitting really high off the TB and the maf tube rubs against the hood blanket. but its not really a problem.
