So, I tried searching and came up with too many different answers for similar issues and was hoping someone could give me more of a straight answer...

My brother-in-laws girlfriend has a 2005 LS automatic. A couple weeks ago it was vibrating while driving, but that went away. Now the traction control light is on, the power steering is flashing, and it is shifting very hard. He did some searching and came up with the TCM being bad in it. When I searched on here, no one had ever said anything about the TCM, and even said that the traction control is part of the ABS electronics. Is what he found correct, and if not, what could the issue possibly be? Thanks
