its basically a chip that tells your computer that the intake air is always a constant lower temp, say something like 60*, thus your ECU will read it and dump in more fuel making your car run rich, and give you a little more power.
In other words, don't bother, its a simple trick that doesn't give near what they are saying, if it was this simple to make power, then why are they trying to hawk them on ebay? Becuase they can buy these little chips by the dozen and sell them to people.
Dont wasn't your money, this is up there with those electric turbos that people were getting.
