is 3" downpipe to big?

so i am planning on getting the XTC downpipe with highflow cat and i was wondeing if th3 inch d/p is gonna be too big?

i have the gmpp performance exhaust if that applys for n e thing

Well the gmpp is a 2.25 inch exhaust so you will be running your 3inch downpipe right into the 2.25 inch exhaust. You will lose some power down low but gain it up top. In my mind 3 inch is too big.

if you've got a 2.2 or 2.4 and dont plan on S/C it...then yeah 3" is too big

so what about the 2.5" would that be better?

3" is too big for the 2.2/2.4...only a 2.5 is needed..ull get good flow..and the xtc is good stuff..i got it on my car with there header..

i got an intake and exhaust just need headers/dp

other than that just gonna be appearance mods
