....you took it into the dealer, with a blown engine, and left the jets in?????
what did you expect?

Your plan sounds about how mine went. Car sat for 6 weeks awaiting engine swap while I relied on my mom and gf for transportation.

wtf.... what were they doing in the glove box?

i thought they had to prove that was what caused the problem.... and finding nitrous jets in the car doesn't prove ****

well im going to call insurance tomorrow and see what they say

i have another truck that i can drive to work and home till it gets sold. but if insurance doesnt work ill tow the car home and pull the engine to do a tear down and see what happened and what can be salvaged it sounds really fun. but i am going to start a build like rollerman dan but a street version that can handle nitrous alot better. then get in contact with clear image for a tune, so going on the worst possible scenario, what parts should i look into? or do a supercharged project

Dude, just tell them the jets werent yours... 1) what were they doing in your glovebox, and 2) deny everything and tell them they need to prove you used spray

im pulling the motor right now lol. all i got left is the coolant pump and tranny, then the 2 mounts and it will come out.

but examining the motor sofar, cylinder 4 the piston started cracking away lol, then on the cylinder head the arc/rockers whatever they are called one vanished off the head =\ idk. im getting pissed, after all that trouble just to find the piston cracked and the valve stuck open =\

post pics when the motor is pulled

sorry to hear about your problem. next time try running a window switch and tps switch and you shouldn't end up with a blown motor.

the cylinder head has been milled and is ready to go back together

the pistons are on back order till the 23 of next month

i cant decide on valves and springs yet, i want to run stock bore so i dont have to get the head redone
