Hmm, I know it was in General Cobalt. Couldnt find it when I searched.
A Distributor is run off the camshaft and has a cap, rotor button, wires, and a shaft. Please show me a picture of a cobalt with those stock. Hell, show me how to advance/retard timing on it. A Ingition Coil Pack like my 06 has is not a distributor, it has no moving parts and is not attatched to the cam in any way.

Yeah, I believe you but it baffles me, it was almost an epic thread, probably 10 pages long, someone had asked about them, several people said they had used them and they were garbage and everyone else threw in flaming comments.
