Matt @ Tune Time in Toms River. Corner of Rt 9 & Rt 37. He doesnt specialize in Cobalts, but he is good Unfortunately he doesnt tune 2.2s. but hes got experience dynoing Cobalts, and doing exhaust, etc.

Tuning N\A for a stock cobalt without major engine work or force fed is worthless on a 4 cyl.

Sorry to say but its a commuter.

Dont be sorry, just dont say it, no reason to make worthless and inaccurate comments like that.

No. Maybe if enough 2.2 owners expressed interest they would, but at this point after talking to Matt about the subject briefly, there just isnt enough demand for him to justify spending the approximately $6000 it would cost for him to be able to service the 07-08 L61 crowd. I am sure that if if you purchased LS2Edit personally and went to Tune Time they would be able to tune your car for you with the same skill/care he puts into all of the other tunes they do. Yes you'd probably be looking at like $750 or so total, but youd be able to change little things yourself in the future and youd be able to flash your car whenever you like, whereas with Trifecta youd be paying $275-300 everytime you need a flash, plus you have to wait for the tuner to be shipped, and you need to ship it back.

Give Matt a call and see what he has to say about dyno tuning your car with your own personal copy of LS2Edit, look into Trifecta, see how they work and what the limitations and costs are each,, versus the benefits and decide which way is the right way for you.

LS2Edit is the only tuning software suite that you can by for the 2007-2008 L61.

Meaning its the only way for "you" to actually tune your car. The other methods require you to use someone else to do the tuning, and you cant modify the tune or any parameters of it without them/without paying. LS2Edit is the same type of product as HPTuners

Sorry, I didnt even pay attention to your username. Nobody tunes 05/06 2.2s right now as far as I know. Psykostevo on this forum "might" but thats it.
