What's the best quality & horsepower gain with aftermarket Headers & Downpipe

 

Good luck getting a straight answer..also, I haven't looked at what is on the market or done any research in a year or better now, but I'm sure the quality would be from Clear Image or ZZP or I don't know.

As for HP gains, I'm not sure, but I would assume it to be those listed above as well.


My setup is: Pacesetter 2.2 header and Exhaust Depot catless DP (this DP is designed to specifically work with the Pacesetter...actually designed for the LSJ Pacesetter, but works with the 2.2 Pacesetter all the same)...I would have gone with something like ZZP's had I not gotten my setup for DIRT CHEAP. Plus I have a LSJ Pacesetter header sitting in the garage in case I go supercharged, I can swap out the header and my exhaust will still be sufficient for boost. I don't think the gains are that great with this header/dp combo, but I like it and am happy because I'm going more for MPG and the added power is a bonus.
