Bfaulk goes TURBO, CAR IS RUNNING!!!! Pics inside

Vidz added, 10/9/09

Newer vids,

Older vids

New pics, from today, 5/2/09, car is running really good, didn't get to make a new vid yet but here are some new pics atleast. Almost got the idle issue fixed, once i am sure i will let you all know.... Also got 1st place sport compact wild class today at a local show..., yay!!!

Ok, so after 3 months of gathering parts and fabrication, i am down to the wire. Thought i would make a new thread and keep this thread updated, this thing should be complete within the week. Official build starts Sunday 4/19, my estimated completion time is Sunday 4/26. See old thread for more info. Any input is appreciated https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/2-2l-l61-performance-tech-45/just-another-2-2l-going-turbo-thread-163351/

This is a completly custom kit, and i still have to order the tune, which i will do as soon as the payment i made on my CC today posts, and i work 2 jobs so i don't have alot of time to work on it, that is why it will take atleast a week to complete.

So for pics of the car if you don't already know it, here's one, 05 2.2l LS and a link to my car domain. The main thing she needs is boost at this point,lol... http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2679030

As for the goods, stock engine for now

T3/T4 Turbonetics, 50 trim journal bearing turbo, .63 a/r exhaust side.
Vulcan Equal Length Manifold
Tial 38mm Wastegate, 2 different springs 5.8lb and 8.9lb(not sure which to run yet)
Tial 50mm BOV
Gm Stg 2 injectors with cavi ecotec harness
Innovate, Wb, Op and boost gauges
Modified Hahn intercooler
Custom made Stainless 2.5 Catless Turbo Back Exhaust
Custom Intercooler Piping, 2.25 hot side under car, 2.5 cold side plumbed into injen intake with upgraded couplers and t bolt clamps ( yes it will work, it has rolled edges, beside the fact that it has the maf housing in it and looks nice
Various fittings, lines and crap.

Still need Trifecta Tune (ordering hopefully tomorrow) and new clutch, will need within minutes of getting this thing out and driving around, which i plan on doing at work as soon as i get it running.

Thanks for looking, i will post pics as things get done, and sorry for posting this twice, just the other thread died, so....
Sundays 4/19 pics

Yea focal rims, there has been alot of dispute over these rims over the years, but i like to be different and i think they look nice on THIS car. If i build another balt, i will definitly go with more of a tuner look.

Very proud, but humble at the same time, i have literally done 90% of the work to this car myself, it's nice to step back and see all the hard work come together. I've wanted to turbo it since the day i bought it, now it's finally happening. Mad props to all the people on this site, i've gained alot of knowlege here. Thank you css.net
