Bought Wrong Turbo is Project Ruined?

Ok so like 3 months ago I bought a turbo that was supposed to be a GT28 turbo got it took it out of box and everything looked astatically pleasing so I went about buying parts for my custom kit made a downpipe purchased oil supply and return lines and all that important stuff but when I went to go check the fitment of the oil return flange it didn’t fit which was my first red flag since I ordered it specifically for the turbo then I notice the A/R markings on the exhaust housing and my heart sank, what was supposed to be an A/R of .64 for the turbine was marked as .86 So somehow I ordered or ended up with the wrong turbo. I’m no expert but to me a high turbine A/R yields slower spool time. My question is can I still use this turbo effectively or is my project dead in the water?
the specs of the turbo acording to the part number on the housing are 0.42 A/R Compressor, 60mm/42mm Compressor Wheel, 0.86 A/R Turbine, 53mm/46mm Turbine Wheel

spool time is a + but when you create a better flow maning a bigger a/r it can create better effieciency. So i deal with your turbo and begin everything order the correct stuff.

it will still work. you could buy another turbine housing for example if you wanted. what flange does the turbo currently have?

i know atpturbo.com has some turbine sides for the gt28's

it will work fine. it will just spool a little slower. it's a relatively small turbo anyway
